Ingredients

almond flour

cup
coconut sugar
1/2
teaspoon
baking soda
heaping 1/4 teaspoon
sea salt

avocado oil
can sub melted coconut oil

pure maple syrup

teaspoon
vanilla extract
heaping 1/2 cup
chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine the almond flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl and whisk until combined.
Add in the maple syrup, avocado oil, egg, and vanilla extract and mix until a dough is formed.
Mix in the chocolate chips.
Use a
1.5 tablespoon cookie scoop
, and scoop the dough onto the parchment lined baking sheet.
Wet your fingers and gently flatten the cookie dough balls. Place a few more chocolate chips on the top if desired.
Bake for about 9-11 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
