Rinse off the rice and let all the water drain off before adding it to the instant pot.
Add the water, rinsed rice, and salt into the inner pot of the instant pot.
Secure the lid and turn the valve to the "sealing" position.
Set the timer for 6 minutes on high pressure.
When the timer goes off, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes. Once the instant pot says "LO: 05", carefully move the valve to the "venting" position to release the rest of the steam.
Wait for the red pin to drop before removing the lid.
Fluff the rice with a fork, and let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
