These pumpkin steel cut oats are the perfect fall breakfast. This recipe is made with maple and pumpkin pie spice right in the instant pot. It's so delicious!

Add all the ingredients into the instant pot and stir to combine.
Secure the lid and turn to valve to the "sealing" position.
Set the timer to 10 minutes on high pressure. Once the time is up, let the pot naturally release for 10 minutes.
When the instant pot reads "L010", it is done cooking. Carefully release any remaining steam but moving the valve to the "venting" position. When the red pin has dropped, it is safe to open the lid.
Reincorporate the water on the top of the mixture by mixing with a spoon.
Serve hot or cold with more maple syrup, brown sugar, nuts, fruit, or any other toppings you'd like.
