Tortilla Chip Dip
This tortilla chip dip is full of delicious Mexican flavors and feeds a crowd. It's easy to double and comes together fast. The added ground beef makes it a delicious meal but it also is perfect for an appetizer!

Ingredients

teaspoon
pepper

sea salt

onion powder

16 oz jars of salsa
spice level of choice

can refried beans

sour cream

cheddar cheese
grated, can substitute bagged shredded cheese
tortilla chips
toppings of choice (shredded lettuce, avocado, olives)

Instructions
In a large pot, brown the ground beef and drain off the excess fat.
Once the beef is cooked, add in the salt, pepper, onion powder, and minced garlic and stir till combined.
Add in the salsa, sour cream, and beans, and combine over medium heat until thick and creamy.
Add in the grated cheese and stir over medium heat until completely melted.
Serve hot with tortilla chips and optional toppings.
