Creamy Salsa Dressing
This creamy salsa dressing is a fun way to mix up the flavor of your salad. It's made in the blender and only requires 5 ingredients!

Ingredients

cup
salsa
1/2
cup
avocado oil
(can sub any neutral tasting oil)
1
medium
ripe avocado
1/2
teaspoon
ground cumin
juice of half a lime
or more to taste
up to 1/4 cup of water
optional, see notes
Instructions
Place all the ingredients into a
high speed blender
and blend for 3+ minutes or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Serve the dressing hot or cold over your favorite salad, or use it as a chip dip or sauce for tacos!
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
Notes
Depending on your brand of salsa, you may need to add up to 1/4 cup of water to thin it out into a pourable dressing consistency.
